Orders placed from Overnight Inc. ship from all over the US from the closest location that stocks the product that the order was placed. The average time for delivery is 1-3 business days. Some items are only stocked in one location and may take up to 5-6 business days for delivery (Bambino, Dry 24/7)

Return Policies
Overnight Inc will refund the purchase price within 30 days of most purchases. Customer will need to contact Overnight Inc and have us initiate a return autorization from the vendor the product shipped from. Customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee to ship the product to their location and the cost to have UPS pickup the item in question and return it to the vendor or the vendors stocking fee of up to 25% depending on the item and the vendor it shipped from.
Hygienic items such as bath benches, toilet seats, and anything else that would need to be sterilized or washed after use cannot be returned for sanitary purposes. All products are sold new, therefore returns must be the same condition.
If an order is shipped an the mistake is on Overnight Inc or their vendors, Overnight Inc will straighten out the mistake with no cost to the customer.
